Travelling from Detroit to Dayton is how many miles and how long would it take?

I’m doing some research on travelling status, and I’m trying to find out how long it would take for someone to travel from Detroit to Dayton @ the speed limit and 10 miles over. I want to know how many miles it is and what the average/estimated time of arrival would be for a car that has 30 miles to the gallon, on either a half or full tank of gas (fuel cap. is 16.5 gal.).
