Son has two homes-therefore two mortgages. One here in Detroit, MI. in which the home did not sell at the “last” minute and he purchased another home in Atlanta where he had relocated. The home here is in excellent condition, but NOW is not the time for selling a home. We are wondering if there is a realtor./company in the Detroit area that will purchase this home outright and realize there will be NO profit for the home, but in the long-run may be worth it just to get “rid” of it. By the way, Renting the home until it is sold is NOT an option. I am unable (his mom) will not take on the responsibility of dealing with renters and any unforeseen problems with this very very clean home and worry over its maintainance. There is not a scatch on anything and would flip out if something went wrong. Thanks.
