I will be going to graduate school in downtown Detroit, and I’m wondering what the nicest suburbs to the city are. Ideally I would want to drive less than half an hour to get there from home. I don’t know these areas at all so if anyone can give me details about why one area is better than another in terms of safety, convenience, etc. I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
