Owner has moved out of state and purchased another home there. With the ecomony the way it is, we are considering a realtor purchasing the home for us in lieu of continuing two mortgages and just consider it over with. Is this duable? House is in excellent condition but can’t wait forever for it to sell. Anyone have any experience with this IN Detroit- or a referral for me? Thanks in advance.
thanks–the home is up for sale with a realtor since the end of May-and will expire in Nov. It supposedly sold in 6 weeks and TWICE, the buyer had problems prior to closing so we lost 7 weeks of showing it as the sale now is not going to proceed. Unforunately, the seller purchased a home when he moved out of State b/4 the papers were signed for the home here–oh well- and so it goes. Therefore, in lieu of it up for sale with a realtor and it expires with NO luck by November 20-we were highly thinking of it just being out-right purchased by a company/realty company/etc, of which I am not quite sure of the wording and therefore unable to look up who could purchase this home and be done with it and take the beating and consider it a huge loss—————–but every month means another mortgage payment here and another one out of state. Hope that helps my question. Seller is anxious to sell and willing to drop the price, but with so many homes for sale-probably not!
